Endo R, also known as "Blue", is the second of the four tertiary antagonists of The Joy of Creation: Story Mode, during both Basement and Attic memories, and is a member of The Fallen. He is the secondary antagonist in 05 with Endo C "Mouth" of Basement, and is the third of the tertiary antagonists of Attic, gradually approaching the player's hub in the left hallway of the room before an Idle Fallen attacks the player.
Endo R "Blue" is a withered endoskeleton. Its body is covered with wires, around the torso and limbs. The front of Endo R's face is missing, leaving only the bottom jaw, like Withered Bonnie's endoskeleton head. Similarly, the left arm is gone, leaving a mess of wires in its place. Endo R "Blue"'s eyes are dim red pinpricks as well. He also sports a red wire around his spine.
Endo R "Blue" first appears in The Basement. The player will see hallucinations, warning them that they aren't safe. The player must go back to the bathroom. Endo R "Blue"only attacks if the player does not return to the bathroom in about 20 to 60 seconds.

Endo R "Blue" later appears in The Attic as one of the four final antagonists in the Attic Memory while defending against Creation and Ignited Golden Freddy, where he will approach from the left entrance (Basically the same entrance in which Endo C "Mouth" attacks). If the player hears running footsteps coming from this entrance, they must shut the left door to prevent Endo R "Blue" from getting inside. Failure to do so will lead to a Jumpscare.

The "R" in Endo R "Blue"'s name may stand for Rabbit, as he's implied to be a Bonnie Endoskeleton.
His second name may be a reference to Bonnie's fur color.
In Phase 2, Endo R "Blue" always comes from the opposite side of the basement area the player is currently on. If on the side of the entrance, it originates from the bathroom. If on the side of the bathroom, it originates from the basement entrance.
It is unknown why Endo R "Blue" does not enter the bathroom knowing that the player is inside.
However, there is a glitch where Endo R "Blue" will still come after the player even if they enter the bathroom.
The only known way to fix this is to either restart the night or get close enough to the wall so that Endo R "Blue" can kill the player. This has happened to the Youtuber 8-BitRyan. This can be found here.

Endo R "Blue" Will Only Attack In The Basement if you Run Out Of Time In The 2nd stage Or If You Fail To Close The Door In The Attic Level.
